Steps Towards a Solution
Can We Help?
The first step is to discuss what you are attempting to achieve or what problem you are trying to solve. We don't sell products, we listen to customer goals and problems and offer solutions. If what we offer will not provide you with what you need, or solve your problem, we will tell you so. If we can recommend someone else whom we think is good, and who can take care of you, we will tell you. We are only experts in a limited number of areas and we only sell a limited number of products. No one can be an expert in everything.
Define The Scope Of The Project
The second step occurs after there is agreement that TelaTrac Systems can help you. We will arrange a meeting to perform a site survey and document the requirements necessary to provide the solution. We will produce a document defining the requirements, tasks to be performed, hardware and software requirements, all costs and the estimated time for the completion of the project. There is no charge for the first meeting and the site survey.
We Want To Hear From You
The third step occurs after you have reviewed the written proposal and we have answered any questions that you may have. If you are satisfied with the proposal and agree to the terms of the project we will schedule the work at a time that is convenient for you, not when it is convenient for us.
We Will Work Hard To Please You
The fourth step occurs when we arrive to do the work. We will be polite, courteous, professional, and prompt. We will work around your schedule and we will work diligently to accomplish the work within the estimated time frame. If there are unforeseen problems or delays we will let you know what the problem is, what we think the solution is, and how long the delay will be.
The Job Is Not Complete Until You Say It Is
The fifth step occurs when we have completed all testing, training, and documentation, and the customer approves the work and agrees that the work has been completed to their satisfaction.
